چکیده
Antitubercular activity of Sulfathiazole Derivitives series were subjected to Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR) Analysis with an attempt to derive and understand a correlation between the Biologically Activity as dependent variable and various descriptors as independent variables. QSAR models generated using 28 compounds. Several statistical regression expressions were obtained using Partial Least Squares (PLS) Regression ,Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) and Principal Component Regression (PCR) methods. The among these methods, Partial Least Square Regression (PLS) method has shown very promising result as compare to other two methods. A QSAR model was generated by a training set of 18 molecules with correlation coefficient r ( ) of 0.9191 , significant cross validated correlation coefficient ( ) of 0.8300 , F test of 53.5783 , for external test set ( -3.6132, coefficient of correlation of predicted data set ) 1.4859 and degree of freedom 14 by Partial Least Squares Regression Method.

A Novel QSAR Model for the Evaluation and Prediction of (E)-N’-Benzylideneisonicotinohydrazide Derivatives as the Potent Anti-mycobacterium Tuberculosis Antibodies Using Genetic Function Approach
Abstract A dataset of (E)-N’-benzylideneisonicotinohydrazide derivatives as a potent anti-mycobacterium tuberculosis has been investigated utilizing Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship (QSAR) techniques. Genetic Function Algorithm (GFA) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (MLRA) were used to select the descriptors and to generate the correlation QSAR models that relate the Mi...
متن کاملDataset of potential targets for Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv through comparative genome analysis
Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the causative agent of the disease, tuberculosis and H37Rv is the most studied clinical strain. We use comparative genome analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv and human for the identification of potential targets dataset. We used DEG (Database of Essential Genes) to identify essential genes in the H37Rv strain. The analysis shows that 628 of the 3989 genes ...
متن کاملComparative proteome analysis of culture supernatant proteins from virulent Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv and attenuated M. bovis BCG Copenhagen.
A comprehensive analysis of culture supernatant (CSN) proteins of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv was accomplished by combination of two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE), mass spectrometry, and N-terminal sequencing by Edman degradation. Analytical 2-DE gels resolved approximately 1250 protein spots from CSN of M. tuberculosis H37Rv, 381 of which were identified by mass spectrometry and/or E...

Antitubercular activity of 5-nitrofuran-2-yl Derivatives series were subjected to Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR) Analysis with an effort to derive and understand a correlation between the biological activity as response variable and different molecular descriptors as independent variables. QSAR models are built using 40 molecular descriptor dataset. Different statistical re...
متن کاملBiochemical characterization of PE_PGRS61 family protein of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv reveals the binding ability to fibronectin
Objective(s): The periodic binding of protein expressed by Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv with the host cell receptor molecules i.e. fibronectin (Fn) is gaining significance because of its adhesive properties. The genome sequencing of M. tuberculosis H37Rv revealed that the proline-glutamic (PE) proteins contain polymorphic GC-rich repetitive sequences (PGRS) which have clinical importance i...
